The eFAI Cup is Ireland’s national youth EA FC competition — built for players, not pay-to-win. Everyone competes on equal footing, progressing from online qualifiers to a live final at the National Esports Centre, with the top 2 players qualifying into the eLeague of Ireland.

TIMELINE
The eFAI Cup runs from mid-January through to the end-of-month final at the National Esports Centre.
- Mid January: Online open qualifier (64 signups targeted).
- End of January: Live finals at the National Esports Centre.
- Top 2 players qualify for the eLeague of Ireland.
COMPETITION FORMAT
OPEN QUALIFIER
- Open signups — 12 to 18 years old.
- Targeting 64 players.
- Played online over one weekend.
- Top 8 players advance to the NEC finals.
FINALS AT NEC
- Top 8 youth players compete live.
- Broadcast from the National Esports Centre.
- Player development session about becoming a pro player.
- Top 2 players qualify for the eLeague of Ireland.
